		<description>It sounds pretty similar to what we call "Stollen" in Germany, but I love your chocolate twist to it. As I don't like raisins, I always substitute them with dried apricots, works like a charm. And one morte thing, I use curd for my favorite version, which results in a juicy version, which I can highly recommend :)
