Needless to say, they were an enormous hit and the guys cleaned off their plates. My son, who has eaten Huevos Rancheros in Sinaloa actually said these were much tastier and he preferred these. Of course, his mom made them this time, so he is a smart kid, but really he said they were very very good. I had never made Salsa Fresca..I have eaten it alot, but always at someone elses home. I found your instructions easy and the results excellent.
