		<description>Injera is one of my favorite parts of eating at Ethiopian restaurants,  It has such an addictive, chewy, intriguing texture, and the slightly sour tang of the fermentation matches so wonderfully with all the spicy, intense, savory dishes.  But hands down my fave Ethiopian dish is Foul Maddoumas, the national dish of fava bean mush. Thanks for this recipe. I can't wait to try my hand at it to go with my mush!</description>
