Mie - I used a 9-inch, round, springform pan. :)

Joey - I probably won't review "The Art of Eating" in an entry but I will write a sidebar blurb. So far it's a great book, M.F.K. Fisher has an amazing way with words. Some of her essays actually make your mouth water!
