This is a great variation of rice pudding. As someone already said, it's interesting to see so many variations of a dessert so seemingly simple! My mom, from India, also has a very different version of rice pudding and until I hit my late teens I didn't realize there way any other way of making it. I hope to try this one soon. p.s.
