		<description>Where was this recipe when I was living in Florida.  It was impossible to get a bagel that tasted anything like a NY bagel.  I&#039;m going to try this recipe on the next cool day.  I hate to bake in the heat !  :-p</description>

That&#039;s just too much darn temptation.  Your bagel looks absolutely delectable.
My favorite bagel is with cheddar cheese and garlic. Lots of garlic. I&#039;m not sure how they get the cheese into the dough...but they do.   Yum! I love bagel sandwiches.

A nice history lesson.  It&#039;s nice to learn how a food came about. Thank you.</description>
