I was on your site searching for a coconut "ice cream" recipe originally, which I found via google, and I must say that it looked quite nice! I have a couple food allergies (dairy & egg yolks) so I am going to try to make the Lavender Ice cream using substitutions. I will first try a dairy alternative, soy milk and soy creamer and I will let you know how it comes out! Thanks again, I love your site.
